This Enterprise Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Axios Media Group ("Licensor") and the deploying organization, subsidiaries, and authorized ecosystem operators ("Licensee"). This Agreement governs the installation, execution, multi-tenant index operation, client API integration, and usage of the Stretchy Search & Tabular Analytics Engine ("Software").
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to deploy, execute, configure, and scale the Software across an unlimited number of physical servers, virtual machines, containerized Docker instances, and Cloudflare Edge Worker serverless environments owned, leased, or managed by Licensee.
Licensee is authorized to create, ingest, manage, and query an uncapped volume of documents and inverted indices across all internal and client-facing application domains, including but not limited to the 17 core Axios ecosystem indices: grantpulse, reentry, shareables, networkiq, soc_logs, security_incidents, telemetry_events, user_sessions, trouble_tickets, wiki_docs, book_chapters, financial_records, work_tasks, community_threads, news_articles, video_transcripts, and catalog.
Licensor warrants that Stretchy operates 100% self-contained. The Software does not transmit document content, inverted index metadata, query strings, user identities, or analytical telemetry to external cloud servers, vendors, or tracking networks. All Lucene inverted indices, D1 SQLite FTS5 records, and audit logs remain strictly within Licensee's designated boundary.
Access to the Software is secured by salted SHA-256 PBKDF2 password hashing, cryptographically signed Bearer session tokens, machine API key authentication (stretchy_ak_...), and server-enforced Role-Based Access Control (Admin, Editor, Viewer). Licensee agrees to enforce least-privilege role separation and maintain secure token custody.
Licensee is authorized to modify, extend, skin, and embed the Stretchy Client SDKs (stretchyClient.js, stretchy.py), the Visual Data Studio cartography engine, and custom schema analyzer pipelines into Licensee's proprietary or internal microservice architectures without additional royalties or vendor lock-in fees.
The Software delivers near-real-time (NRT) lock-free reader reloading, sub-millisecond query evaluation, and built-in fleet diagnostic self-healing with SHA-256 tamper-evident verification. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" ENTERPRISE BASIS WITH PRODUCTION READINESS ASSURANCE ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS.

Stretchy provides a strict two-tier tenant topology: Platform → Organization (Tenant) → Users. Every enterprise client operates within their isolated tenant namespace (e.g. ecosystem, acme_corp) with their own indexes, documents, tickets, and webhooks.
Organizations cannot spawn nested child clients or sub-tenants to resell seats or bypass billing quotas. Attempts to create nested hierarchy return 403 FLAT_TENANCY_ENFORCED.
To maximize throughput and prevent JVM memory exhaustion, Stretchy eliminates heavy runtime parsers in favor of an ultra-fast zero-overhead pipeline.
